The Load Point must send a BootNotification.req command each time it starts up or reboots.\nBetween the physical start-up and the completion of the BootNotification, where the Central System responds Accepted or Pending, the Load Point must not send another request to the Central System.\nThis includes cache messages already present in the Load Point. <\/p>\n\n
