Purpose of maintenance #
During use, your charging station may be exposed to various factors such as high or low temperatures, power surges, ambient pollution (e.g. dust, humidity, animal droppings, etc.), wear and tear (contactor, etc.), etc.
It is also important to regularly update your charging station’s firmware (using the http://charge.wellborne.fr/ supervision platform) so that it can operate correctly with electric vehicles marketed after its initial commissioning.
Carrying out the various maintenance operations at the recommended intervals will ensure that the charging station operates under optimum conditions and maximize its lifespan.
This maintenance guide applies only to Wellborne charging stations.
Maintenance plan #
Prerequisite #
Before carrying out maintenance work, make sure you have checked that your installation has not changed since the initial commissioning of the charging station.
If this is not the case, check whether there have been any changes to the protection circuits, the addition of a new upstream transformer, new machines in the vicinity, etc.
In the event of a change, it may be necessary to re-size the charging station and the installation. Refer to the sales catalog and contact your Wellborne representative to check that the conditions for using your equipment are still met.
