Wellborne product warranty

Warranty period #

The warranty period for this product is 3 years. If the contract states otherwise, the contract shall prevail. For warranty claims within the warranty period, the customer must present the product purchase invoice to Wellborne service personnel. At the same time, the nameplate on the product must be clearly visible, otherwise the warranty claim may not be accepted.

Warranty conditions #

Wellborne will repair or replace the product free of charge during the warranty period. The replaced defective machine will become the property of Wellborne and the customer must allow Wellborne a period of time to repair the defective machine.

Liability waiver #

Wellborne reserves the right not to accept the warranty application if the following conditions occur:

  • No Wellborne logo on the product;
  • The warranty period has expired;
  • Failure or damage caused by incorrect installation, installation in an unauthorized environment, incorrect storage or use, etc. (e.g. temperature too high or too low, humidity or harsh environment, high altitude or unstable voltage/current, etc.);
  • Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, modification or disassembly by unauthorized service personnel;
  • Failure or damage caused by the use of non-Wellborne spare parts;
  • Breakdown or damage caused by accident or human error (operating error, scratches, handling, shocks, access to inappropriate voltage, etc.), or transport damage;
  • Breakdown or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (earthquakes, lightning, fire, etc.);
  • Other failures or damage not caused by a quality problem with the product or its components.
